
Eden Valley from Barossa region, the residents have long revered the legendary Cabernet-based wines of the region. The potential for this grape variety shines in Eden Valley, especially in mineral-rich soils akin to those at Ambervale vineyard. The 2019 vintage, despite challenging growth conditions, yielded concentrated fruit, resulting in an intense, perfumed wine with a robust structure capable of aging gracefully.
Each grape is hand-picked and meticulously sorted before undergoing a gentle fermentation process using indigenous yeasts. After fermentation, the wine matures for 23 months in a blend of new and seasoned French oak barrels. This meticulous approach ensures a wine of exceptional quality and character.
